Pure Test ReviewTestosterone boosters need to do a lot of things in order to produce the real results that men with low testosterone are looking for. It isn’t just about increasing testosterone levels; a good testosterone booster should also inhibit the hormones that work against testosterone function in the body, ensure that the additional testosterone they generate is kept free to be used for the primary goals of improving physique, libido, and drive, as well as amplify and activate that free testosterone to extract the maximum value out of that free testosterone. So a “testosterone booster” like Pure Test that includes only a single ingredient is a bit of an oddball in the modern market, for sure.

Pure Test is simple. But sometimes you don’t want to keep things simple, because complex problems require nuanced answers. Throwing 3 grams of DAA at your body is about as subtle as a sledgehammer, and about as effective at raising functional testosterone levels as that sledgehammer would be at painting a wall. If you’re interested in getting results from your testosterone booster, take a look at our Featured Product Testo Gold!

The Claimed Benefits of Pure Test

  • Increases strength
  • Raises energy levels
  • Promotes a healthy sex drive

What’s the Goal of Pure Test?

On its own, it really shouldn’t. Don’t get me wrong, DAA has been shown to generate highly elevated serum testosterone levels, and is one of the best ingredients to include in a booster or stack. But Pure Test does nothing to support this. Literally. It is just a pure dose of DAA, without any other ingredients. Don’t get taken in by the hype of DAA. It is a useful ingredient for a testosterone booster, but it does not do everything you need a full formula to do. Most importantly, DAA is best paired with strong aromatase and SHBG inhibitors, as without them, you end up wasting a significant portion of the testosterone that DAA generates, losing it to binding agents, and converting much of it to estrogen, which is highly counter-productive.

Pure Test Ingredients | What Makes it Tick?

Pure Test Ingredients

There isn’t much to break down, here. Pure Test by Finaflex is just a 3 gram dose of D-asparatic Acid. It has no diversity, no synergies, no support ingredients, nothing. While this could be a useful product to add DAA to a stack that has everything else handled, it is somewhat pointless on its own. Without aromatase inhibition, a lot of that extra testosterone will be converted into estrogen. Without SHBG-mitigation, another huge chunk of that increased testosterone will end up uselessly bound up, not giving any benefits at all. This is not a testosterone booster. It is just a single ingredient, which lacks the complex mechanisms required to create real results.

How Much Does Pure Test Cost?

$15.95 on Amazon.com

The Pros

  • It is just D-Asparatic Acid; D-Asparatic Acid can be useful
  • No proprietary blend (or any blend, for that matter: it is just one ingredient)
  • Incorporates well into an existing stack

The Cons

  • It is just D-Asparatic Acid; D-Asparatic Acid needs a lot of help to work well
  • Higher priced than other sources of DAA
  • Not very effective as a lone supplement

The Final Conclusion

Pure Test has an amusing gimmick. It is literally a pure compound that increases testosterone. But that gimmick comes at the cost of any reliable results that someone seeking to increase their testosterone levels actually wants. The gym-rats won’t see the gains they should, the over-30 crowd won’t see the balanced libido and increased energy they want. It just can’t deliver without addressing the ways that your body tries to keep its biochemical status quo.
